1. Shipping Timeline
- Standard In-Stock Products: Delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of order — this is the total door-to-door time, including dispatch and transit.
- Customized & Made-to-Order Furniture: Takes approximately 3-4 weeks for precision crafting, chemical curing, and quality checks before dispatch.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Areas
We ship to eligible pin-codes across all Indian states. Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and the delivery state. Some highly remote pin-codes or special transit routes may require a shipping surcharge, which will be visible before payment.
3. State Entry Permits, LBT & Octroi
Certain Indian states require specific entry permits, declarations, or localized municipal taxes (like Local Body Tax - LBT, or Octroi) for commercial transit of heavy goods. If your state requires physical waybills or declarations, our logistics partners will coordinate with you to collect the necessary details. Any localized entry tax charges levied by municipal authorities must be cleared by the customer.
4. Open-Box Delivery & On-Site Assembly
We provide Open-Box Delivery for most major cities in India to ensure the product arrives free of transit damage. Our logistics team will unbox the furniture in your presence. Unless specified otherwise during purchase, furniture assembly is handled by our verified local carpenters within 48 hours of product delivery. If the item is shipped as DIY (Do-It-Yourself), it will contain an easy-to-follow structural manual and all required mounting hardware.
