4. Wood Characteristics & Natural Variances

Solid wood (Sheesham, Teak, Acacia) is a natural, living material. Every piece exhibits unique grain lines, knots, and color tones. By placing an order, you acknowledge that minor natural grain variations, organic wood knots, and micro-movements (expansion or contraction during monsoon or summer season) are not manufacturing defects but rather a testament to the authentic solid wood construction.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, conflict, or arbitration arising from transactions on this website shall be subject strictly and exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
